On December 7th, Huayou's 30th anniversary celebration was grandly held in Wuzhen, China. Representatives from customers and suppliers both domestically and internationally, along with friends from financial institutions, securities firms, media organizations, and others gathered together to celebrate this grand occasion.

Mr. Chen Xuehua, Chairman of Huayou Holding Group, delivered a speech titled "Looking Forward while Honoring the Past, Moving Steadfastly Toward the Grand Goal of a Century-old Huayou".

Thirty years of remarkable times, thirty springs and autumns of achievements. On the occasion of celebrating the 30th anniversary of Huayou's founding, Mr. Chen expressed a warm welcome and sincere thanks to all leaders and guests present at the ceremony, as they celebrated Huayou's growth, shared its joy, and looked forward to its bright future.

"What Huayou has achieved today is the result of what Huayou people have thought, dreamed, and done over the past 30 years, it is the outcome of their hard work and perseverance," said Chairman Chen emotionally. Since its establishment in 1994 by the Yongxing River in Wuzhen as Tongxiang Huaxing Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., to laying the foundation for Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Co., Ltd. in Tongxiang Economic Development Zone in 2002, and then stepping into the resource-rich Congo (Kinshasa) in Africa in 2003...

Over these thirty years, Huayou has continuously grown stronger, persisted in open development, and shouldered responsibilities. Upholding the principle of "customer-centricity" and striving to create value for customers, Huayou remains true to its original aspiration of "be the best or nothing", adheres to the belief of "rooted in China, befriends worldwide", and steadfastly pursues its mission of "creating value for customer and leading industry development". Through keeping pace with the times and pioneering innovation, Huayou has become a company that commands respect.

Today, Huayou has established an integrated lithium battery material industry chain including cobalt-nickel-lithium resources, green smelting, precursors, cathode materials, and lithium battery copper foil, along with a recycling industry ecosystem, ranking among the top 500 enterprises in China and the top 500 private enterprises in China.

For 30 years, we have always been grateful because gratitude has given Huayou strength to grow; gratitude has made Huayou stronger. Throughout our journey, we are thankful to our great motherland. Born in the tide of reform and opening up, Huayou has grown within the development of China's economy and society. We have received support from leaders at all levels whose care has inspired us to forge ahead bravely. Our trust from customers, full support from suppliers, sincere cooperation from construction units, and encouragement from competitors have all contributed to our success. Support from banks, securities, consulting firms, universities, research institutes, community streets, industry associations, news media, and other sectors of society have also played crucial roles. A team of strivers has come together under the Huayou banner, and through sweat and dedication, we have forged a 30-year journey of struggle for Huayou, creating its past and shaping its future.

The future is determined by the present. Saying goodbye to the last 30 years and embarking on the next 30, on the path of corporate growth, we hold firm to industrial confidence, cherish industrial dreams, keep pace with the times, and work alongside industry peers to build a healthy industrial ecosystem, maintain the healthy development of the industry, and shoulder the mission of industrial development, contributing Huayou's strength to the new energy industry. We aim to build a technology-driven, green, open, and responsible Huayou, promoting high-quality company development through technology, sustainability, internationalization, and a sense of responsibility.

These 30 years mark a memorable moment in Huayou's development history, not a beginning nor an end, but a pivotal point connecting the past and the future. On this path of development, we will stride confidently towards tomorrow, towards the world, towards a better Huayou.

Yu Huiyou, Secretary of the Tongxiang Municipal Committee of the CPC, delivered remarks, reviewing Huayou's milestones, acknowledging and praising its brilliant achievements over the past 30 years, and expressing hopes and wishes for Huayou's promising future.

During the celebration ceremony, activities included the premiere of a documentary film titled "The Power of Belief", honoring model workers, management stars, technological innovation stars, and overseas pioneers who have contributed to Huayou's 30-year journey, as well as awarding commendations to distinguished partners.

In the "Golden Friendship Gratitude Ceremony for Huayou's 30th Anniversary", Chairman Chen Xuehua presented plaques to Qian Bolin, Financial Director of Zhonghui (Zhejiang) Tax Consulting Co., Ltd., Xie Weitong, Chairman of Dasha Group, and Zhang Yuqiang, Chairman of Zhenshi Holdings Group Co., Ltd. Xie Weitong delivered a video address, jointly reviewing and witnessing this deep and lasting friendship.

The celebration concluded with the official launch of the Huayou Holding Charity Foundation for Shared Prosperity. Chairman Chen Xuehua, Vice-Chairman Chen Xiaolin, and President Chen Hongliang jointly pressed the activation ball, symbolizing the transmission of love and responsibility.
