On the afternoon of February 12, 2025, the Logistics Center held an annual work goal clarification meeting, inviting Qin Fuchao, an audit supervisor from the Group’s Audit and Supervision Center, to conduct a special integrity training session. The meeting was attended by Li Weiping, General Manager of the Logistics Center, logistics center staff and key position personnel, Zhao Yan, Director of the Audit Department, and Qin Fuchao, Audit Supervisor from the Audit and Supervision Center.
At the meeting, Audit Supervisor Qin Fuchao gave a thorough yet simple explanation of integrity, combining company rules and regulations with typical violations and fraud cases in the logistics field. He analyzed the risk points in processes such as material procurement, warehouse management, and transportation bidding, using real-life cases to warn employees to strictly uphold professional ethics. He emphasized that "compliance is never a trivial matter, and integrity is the foundation." The special integrity training clearly outlined the "red line" boundaries and guided participants to strengthen their defensive mindset of "daring not to corrupt, being unable to corrupt, and not wanting to corrupt."
In his concluding speech, Li Weiping, General Manager of the Logistics Center, mentioned that as the company’s business scale continues to expand, the Logistics Center must not only efficiently complete its work goals but also strengthen integrity and compliance management. The larger the business volume, the more the system and processes must serve as the backbone and the chain, ensuring that rapid development does not deviate from the track of integrity and compliance. While departments cooperate and improve together, they must also collaborate without overstepping boundaries, firmly resisting negative behaviors like "cliques" and creating a clean and positive working atmosphere.
This meeting was not only a goal mobilization meeting but also a vivid integrity education session, which highlighted key points, clarified directions, and served as a warning for the Logistics Center’s work throughout the year.
